Welcome to Nomadly, operated by ExpatX LLC. (“Nomadly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Nomadly mobile app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, do not use Nomadly.

1. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Legally able to enter agreements.
  • Using your real information when registering.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Any activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate others.
  • Create multiple accounts.
  • Use bots or automated activity.

3. User Content

Nomadly allows you to post text, photos, event details, and other content (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Nomadly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the service.

Prohibited content includes:

  • Illegal activity
  • Harassment or hate speech
  • Pornography or explicit sexual content
  • Spam or fraudulent behavior
  • Violence or threats
  • Copyright infringement
  • Fake events or misleading community posts

User-generated content must comply with these Terms. We have zero tolerance for unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content or behavior. Nomadly reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts responsible for such content without notice. Users may report content and abusive users through the in-app reporting tools. We may take action based on reports or at our discretion to maintain a safe community.

4. Community & Events

Nomadly allows users to join communities, participate in events, and interact with others.

You agree that:

  • You join events at your own risk.
  • Nomadly is not responsible for injuries, disputes, or issues arising from in-person meetups.
  • Event hosts and community admins are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide.

5. Messaging

Users may message each other through the app.

You must not:

  • Spam users
  • Send harassment or threats
  • Engage in illegal activity
  • Send unwanted sexual content

We may review messages only when legally required or when a user reports violations.

6. Location Information

Nomadly does not use device GPS to track precise location.

However, you may choose to:

  • Select a city or region manually
  • Join communities tied to a location
  • View events related to a city

By doing so, you understand that other users may see the general city or area you associate your profile with.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Nomadly offers auto-renewing subscriptions:

  • Nomadly Pro Monthly: 1 month, USD $9.99/month
  • Nomadly Pro Annual: 1 year, USD $79.99/year (equivalent to USD $6.67/month)

When activated:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
  • Prices may change but you will always be notified.
  • Refunds are handled according to App Store / Google Play policies.

You are responsible for managing your subscriptions directly with your platform provider.

8. Paid Event Ticket Purchases

Nomadly may allow users to purchase tickets for in-person events hosted on the platform. Paid event tickets are one-time purchases and are not subscriptions.

 Payment Processing
 Payments for paid events are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe and related wallet methods,
 including Apple Pay where available). Nomadly does not store full payment card details.

 Pricing and Fees
 Ticket prices are set by the event host and displayed before checkout. Any applicable taxes or processing fees will be
 shown at purchase.

 Refunds and Cancellations
 Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and event changes (including postponement or cancellation) are determined by the
 event host and applicable law, unless otherwise required by the payment platform. Where required, refunds are handled
 through the original payment method.

 Host Responsibility
 Event hosts are solely responsible for event delivery, accuracy of event details, and compliance with applicable laws.

 Chargebacks and Fraud
 Nomadly may suspend or restrict accounts involved in suspected fraudulent transactions, abuse, or chargeback misuse.

9. Termination

Nomadly may allow users to purchase tickets for in-person events hosted on the platform. Paid event tickets are one-time
 purchases and are not subscriptions.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

 Payment Processing

  • You violate these Terms
  • You post harmful content
  • You abuse messaging or communities

 Pricing and Fees
 Ticket prices are set by the event host and displayed before checkout. Any applicable taxes or processing fees will be
 shown at purchase.

You may delete your account at any time.

 Refunds and Cancellations
 Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and event changes (including postponement or cancellation) are determined by the
 event host and applicable law, unless otherwise required by the payment platform. Where required, refunds are handled
 through the original payment method.

10. Disclaimer

 Host Responsibility
 Event hosts are solely responsible for event delivery, accuracy of event details, and compliance with applicable laws.

Nomadly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

 Chargebacks and Fraud
 Nomadly may suspend or restrict accounts involved in suspected fraudulent transactions, abuse, or chargeback misuse.

  • Accuracy of user content
  • Availability
  • Safety of in-person meetups
  • Error-free operation

Use Nomadly at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomadly is not liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Lost profits
  • Damages from events or meetups
  • Loss of data
  • Third-party interactions

Your sole remedy is to stop using the app.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via the app or email.
